Remove Activation Device


If the remote control or remote activation device is not working with your PULSE 100 Series door operator, consider the following troubleshooting actions:
  • Check that the remote receiver is activating when the remote is pressed.
  • Check that the remote receiver is using normally open contacts for OPEN/CLOSE.
  • Check that the wires are making good contact with the terminals on the remote receiver and on the operator.

The remote radio input requires the receiver to make a momentary dry contact between terminals 1 and 2 on the control board.

The PULSE 500 Series door operator will work with any universal receiver that can make a momentary dry contact between two terminals:

For single button operation:

  • Only a single normally open channel is required

For 3 button operation:

  • 3 channels will be required:
    • 2 channels with normally open contacts for OPEN and CLOSE
    • A third channel with normally closed contact for STOP.
