- Ensure that the V+, GM, GS, and COM cables are correctly connected in the junction box and control board.
- Also make sure that V+, GM, and GS are approximately +24V DC when measured against COM.
- Additionally, disconnect all peripheral devices such as photo-eyes, activators, door locks, or interlocks, as they could be shorting the control board.
- If none of these steps work, please contact technical support for further assistance.
Check the power fuse on the junction box:
- If it needs replacement, use the correct fuse type by referring to the fuse specifications article for details.
Check incoming AC voltage:
- If the fuse is good but there are no voltages, check incoming voltage 120V/240V AC on the drive board.
Measure DC voltage:
- If the AC power is good, then measure DC voltage across
V+ and COM on the drive board.
If there are no voltages on the drive board, then please contact technical support for further assistance.
Users operating on 110V–130V AC need to enter the Startup menu by holding the stop button for 10 seconds, then change the voltage range accordingly.
