LCD Screen Is Frozen
- Check for +24V across GS and COM on the control board to ensure the voltage is present and correct. Verify that the wiring to these terminals is correctly and securely connected.
- If there's no voltage present, proceed to check the voltage between GS and COM at the junction box. This helps determine if the issue is localized to the control board or elsewhere. Continue tracing the voltage path up to the drive board to confirm if the appropriate voltage is present there.
- If the voltages are confirmed to be correct at the drive board, it indicates that the issue may lie with the connection wiring at either the junction box or the control board. Double-check these connections to ensure they are properly and securely made.
