Door Constantly Stops Short of Its Close Position

If your door isn't closing completely on your PULSE 500 Series door operator, it might be out of balance. Perform a BALANCE CHECK from the ADVANCED MENU to diagnose and correct the issue. If balance is good (meaning the ratio between the 2 numbers displayed on the LCD screen under Open and Close is under 10%), then increase the Close Slow Speed to High in the Advanced Menu.
