Door Stops at the Wrong Position and Doesn't Recognize Its Limits

If your door stops at the wrong position and doesn't recognize its limits on your PULSE 500 Series door operator, follow these troubleshooting steps:

Ensure the door is unobstructed:

  • Check that there are no obstructions preventing the door from moving freely.

Check door balance:

  • Perform a BALANCE CHECK through the operator's ADVANCED MENU to confirm the door's balance.

Redo door limits:

  • If the door is confirmed to be balanced and free of obstructions, proceed to redo the door limits.
