Door Is Not Stopping

To address a door that slows down, but it's fully stopping for your PULSE 500 Series door operator, follow these troubleshooting steps:
  • First inspect the gearbox and key as outlined in the installation manual .
  • Then, perform a BALANCE CHECK on the door from the ADVANCED MENU.
  • Finally, consider lowering the opening or closing speed via the STARTUP MENU.
If the door does not react at all to the stop button, ensure that the stop button is connected on the back terminals, and on the control board. If the cables and buttons are fine, then please contact technical support for further assistance.
