Door Requires Me to Press and Hold Close Button to Close It

If the door requires you to press and hold the close button to close the door for your PULSE 500 Series door operator, follow these steps:
  • Make sure a photo-eye is hooked up and aligned.
  • Due to UL 325 safety standards, a photo-eye is required to be aligned for the automatic closing features of the door.
  • Please ensure that a primary photo-eye is hooked up into either R1 or R2 terminal and the photo-eye is aligned.
