Door Won't Close All the Way and Leaves a Gap at the Bottom

If the door won’t close all the way and leaves a gap at the bottom for your PULSE 500 Series door operator, try the following troubleshooting steps:
  • Try pressing the close button again to close the door.
  • If the door closes fully, check the LCD screen to see what caused the door to stop.
  • If the door does not close, try resetting the door limits.
  • If there is only a gap in some parts of the door, it indicates that the floor is not level or that the door itself is not level on the two cables.
  • To fix this, try to level the door as good as you can, then increase the CLOSE SLOW SPEED to high.
This will make the door overshoot the close limit and use more torque on the soft close portion to force the door to close completely.
