You Cannot Access the Setup Menu

If you cannot access the setup menu for your PULSE 500 Series door operator, then follow these steps:
  • Ensure that you are pressing and holding the stop button for 10 seconds.
  • If the operator fails to enter the Startup menu, try rebooting the operator.
  • Make sure no cables are loose on the back of the stop button or the terminal connections on the control board.
  • With a multimeter, check that the stop button makes continuity when pressed.
  • Alternatively, measure the DC voltage on the two connections on the back of the stop button: it should be 24V when unpressed and 0V when pressed.
