Door Stops at the Wrong Position During Opening

If the door stops at the wrong position during opening with an LCD message of "Stopped: Overcurrent" for your PULSE 200 Series door operator, consider the following troubleshooting actions:

For overly sensitive Opening Force:

  • Navigate to the STARTUP MENU and adjust the Opening Force setting to suit your needs.
  • For the commercial model: choose a value between 1 (most sensitive) and 99 (least sensitive).
  • For the residential model: choose a value between 1 (most sensitive) and 50 (least sensitive).

For obstructions causing door jam:

  • Inspect the door's path for any external objects or obstructions that might be activating the Opening Force setting. If you find any, remove them to ensure smooth operation.
