This privacy notice (“Notice”) applies to the iControls entity listed under “Contact Information” below and is responsible for processing your personal data.

By accessing the Site, you expressly consent to iControls’s collection, use, disclosure, and storage of your personal information and other data in accordance with this Notice, and as permitted or required by applicable law. If you do not agree to this Notice, please stop using or accessing the Site. Note that the Site may be hosted in countries other than yours, including Canada or the United States. By accessing the Site, you consent to the transfer of your information outside of your home country, which may have different data protection rules than your country.

We do not record your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, or similar information unless you provide it to us. You may provide this information when you contact Sales or Support, request information, or connect with us through live chat, email, or phone. We may use this information to fulfill your requests, provide services, train our employees, and for other business purposes. We may also use the information to send you marketing communications.

Technical Information We Collect

We use technical measures to secure your data. Data exchanged with the Site is transmitted over SSL. While we implement robust safeguards to protect your information, it is important to recognize that no security system is completely impenetrable. Due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee absolute security for data during transmission over the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care.

How Long We Keep Information

We may retain your information for as long as your account is active; as needed to provide you products or services; as needed for the purposes outlined in this Notice; as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements; or to the extent permitted by law.

Files shared with iControls Support: You can choose to share files with iControls Support, via live chat, via email or other communication channels. We store a copy of these files for the sole purpose of troubleshooting our systems and products and delete them after an unspecified period of time.

How to Access and Control Your Information

You have options regarding the information we have about you:

• Correct or delete information. You can update your information by contacting us. If you have problems updating the information or if you would like us to delete it, contact us.
• Object to us processing your information. You can ask us to stop using your information. We only send you marketing material if you’ve agreed to it, but if you’d rather we don’t, you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
• Turn off cookie controls. Relevant browser-based cookie controls are described in our Cookies & Tracking Notice.

Do Not Track

Browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) option, sending a signal to the website about your DNT preferences. As of the date this policy was issued, iControls Site is only able to honor DNT requests for Google Analytics.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, many of which have their own privacy policies. You acknowledge that accessing any third-party websites that are linked to this Site is at your own risk. You should review the privacy policy of any such website you choose to visit.

Children’s Privacy

This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or 16 where applicable by law). If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will make reasonable efforts to remove it. European Residents

If you are a European resident, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and/or the United States, to fulfill contracts we may have with you, or to pursue legitimate business interests as specified in this Notice.
