PULSE DC Door Operator for Commercial Doors
iControls proudly manufactures a line of direct drive DC Door Operators that sets new standards for value, technology and performance. Easy to install, set-up and trouble-shoot, the PULSE DC Door Operator is loaded with features, robust, and very simple to use.
FEATURES – PULSE DC Door Operator
Integrated Position Sensor – Built-in encoder offers real-time monitoring of the position of the door, enabling SOFT START – SOFT STOP functionality, easy limit setting and dual-stage door opening.
Programmable Speed – This operator was built for speed, but you can set the opening and closing speeds to best suit the restrictions of your door/door hardware in combination with the needs of your working environment.
Separated Voltages for Added Safety – The motor/operator contains all of the power connections, safely located away from users. The controller (user interface) has only 24Vdc connections for easy and safe access to all peripheral connections.
Universal Single Phase Input – The drive can accept any single-phase voltage from 100 to 240Vac.
DC Power Options – Reap the benefits of a High Torque DC Motor, and match it to your requirements. The PULSE operator is available with your choice of 1/2, 3/4 and 1HP motors.
Easy Installation – The direct drive motor slides onto the keyed solid shaft of any counter-balanced door. Then simply secure the torque arm by means of one bolt. Need wall-mounting? A shaft/sprocket adapter can be provided along with a wall-mounting bracket. The Controller (user interface) is mounted with 4 bolts, and needs only 4 small wires to interface with the motor/operator.
Simple Limit Setting – Enter setup mode and use only the door buttons to jog to your limits from the user-level controller. The PULSE DC door operator will remember them thereafter. It also safely verifies the limits after any power outage situation.
Cycle Counter – Available as a display option on all controllers with an LCD screen. Will display up to 10,000,000 cycles.
Programmable Closing Timer – Set the door to automatically close from 0 to 99 seconds after opening.
Power Outage Operation – Use battery back-up option to safely and slowly raise and/or lower the door during a power loss. A 1/4″ socket is located at the bottom of the motor as added backup for manual operation.
Controller Options – Choose between two models of controller – with or without LCD Screen – to best fit your requirements and your budget. LCD Screen model available with selectable language options (English/Spanish/French).
